The firm that I work for is using this service at the moment and has been a great abundance of help to us. They handle everything from helping clients to register their company for their event to e-mail blasts to remind them of providing their guest information. You can even create reports from the financial areas to creating mail merges.
Obviously, just like any service in the business world, this will cost you a bit of money, but the benefits are well worth it. They come out to your office, give you a wonderful presentation, taylor their website to your company's needs and do almost all of the work for you.
