The solution is 3M Post-It Sortable Cards. Here are some of the uses for this great product:
- Write all tasks to be completed on each card with a timeline of when it needs to be completed. Then just sort in priority order.
- You can carry them to your meetings and provide quick reference information.
- Break down projects into manageable pieces by allowing everyone to contribute what their tasks will be on each card.
- All staff members involved in these meetings can bring back their cards and advise of what tasks are complete, partially complete, etc.
