Restaurant Reservations - Find An Open Table Online!

Restaurant - ChefsAre you asked to make reservations for your manager(s) at particular restaurants? Do you feel that you could be doing this faster? Do you need to have some sort of written confirmation to make sure that the reservation has been booked?

There is a great site called OpenTable.com, which allows you to book reservations online with particular restaurants all over the world. You can make the reservation directly through this site and the information gets forwarded over to the restaurant itself. Then you receive an e-mail with the confirmation of all of this.

You pick the date, time and number of people attending. It even gives you options of times before and after, just in case there are no availabilities during the time that you specified.

It even provides you with a detailed map of the location, you can purchase flowers for the person that you are dining with and you can even earn dining rewards points towards a gift certificate for the choice of restaurant that’s part of this site.

This has become a great tool for me, since I have to make reservations on a regular basis for my managers. I am able to get a confirmation from the automated system to let me know that the reservation has been made with all of the details that I need. I can then forward it to the particular manager that asked for the reservation, since they can quote the confirmation number to the restaurant, just in case something happens.

I even keep particular restaurants that I have to make reservations for on a regular basis in my Favourites on my browser.

So next time you want to make a reservation via phone, hang it up and try OpenTable.com instead!
