There are times no matter how hard you try, your boss will always look at you the same. On the other hand, if you share similar values, in terms of what is considered important (a good personality doesn't hurt either)you'll fly further. With this in mind, it is more about perception than anything else, thus there is no particular tried and true way a person can act to achieve success as it is all dependant on the synergistic quality between the employee and manager.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
